Two weeks ago I over paid for a label by 4oz and received a refund of $1.45. This week I got a charge that tripled the label cost because of the odd shape. It was weighed correctly, but many shippers charge for weird shapes and this one was 20,13,2. So long and slender. I assume that's the issue.
But its just wild that I can over pay and get the proper rate adjustment back as a refund but on an oddly shaped package that's weighed correctly, it turns a $6.50 label into a $21 label. Just want some consistency.
Oh, and did I mention? I over pay on all my labels by 2-4oz to make sure there are no issues with possible weight shift in transit and I've only ever received a refund twice. Literally hundreds of packages and 2 refunds.
In the words of Bruce Hornsby, "Thats just the way it is."
