When organizations work together, communities benefit.

The Kansas Recruitment and Retention Center team helped place a family medicine physician at PrairieStar Health Center in Hutchinson who also holds OB privileges at Hutchinson Regional Healthcare System — the first PrairieStar physician to do so. She recently made history as the first family medicine physician to deliver a baby at HRMC in 40 years.

Great news for Wilson County! 🎉
A new family medicine physician will be joining the community this fall. Originally from rural Kansas, she knew even before medical school that family medicine was her calling. With support from our recruitment and retention team, she connected with multiple health care organizations, interviewed with four, and will complete her residency this summer before beginning practice in October.
