As Thanksgiving approaches, we’re reminded that gratitude is more than a moment — it’s a practice. 🌿
In yoga philosophy, gratitude is woven into every breath, every pose, and every pause. It’s part of santosha — the practice of contentment — learning to find peace and appreciation in the present moment, just as it is.
On the mat, gratitude begins as a whisper:
🫶 “Thank you, body, for moving.”
💨 “Thank you, breath, for steadying me.”
💛 “Thank you, heart, for showing up.”
