Unwind your body and awaken your creativity in this special 90-minute community workshop. We are pairing a gentle yoga flow taught by Jackie T with a blissful Yoga Nidra practice led by Wendy H.

Once we're centered, we will transition into a hands-on creative session making custom natural stone bracelets. Using beads inspired by the colors of the chakras, you’ll design a personal souvenir to carry the energy of the class with you.

Restorative yoga in our immersive environment creates a practice like no other!

As always, Unity Members go FREE & class packs are usable!

Expect a gentle, slow-paced practice that emphasizes deep relaxation for stress reduction. This softer practice uses props to support the body in comfortable, passive poses.

Restorative yoga activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which promotes rest and recovery, helping to counter the effects of stress and promote overall well-being.

This class is held at room temperature.
