This heart-centered gathering is designed to help you embody more love, release what no longer serves, and open wide to deeper connection—with yourself and others.
We’ll flow through:�
🌿 Gentle body movement & grounding�🧘‍♀️ Guided meditation�🌬️ Deep Conscious Connected Breathwork�✍️ A powerful journal prompt to integrate and anchor the love energy

Whether you’re celebrating solo, with a partner, or simply craving more self-love and openness, this session is for YOU.

• Yoga mat
• Blanket or cozy layer (for comfort
