Many people don't know I offer intra-oral work.

When clients speak of receiving this type of work I tell them that I am trained in these techniques. I'm then often met with a "ooh I didn't know that!"

Or, I may simply offer this specific type of work if I hear or feel it could help you with what you are experiencing.

I'm working on letting everyone know now ☺️ that if you're interested or wanting to receive intra-oral work to relieve your discomfort or explore this area in your body I do have the skillset!!!

Resistance. Giving into resistance. Being with what is.

Your body is your portal. It can take you anywhere you allow it. Literally!!!

When I reflect back to my years of travel one of the biggest things I did or didn't do was think too much about it. An opportunity presented itself and I went with it. I absorbed and soaked up everything in front of me with as little thought or judgement as possible. Mostly interpreting experiences as eye opening.

As external as this all sounds there is so much to wrap back around into how this shapes my work in treatments today.

•I take you for who you authenticity are and where you are in the exact moment we are working together.
•If you connect into something uncomfortable I will be there to guide and support you as I have been there myself on the receiving end before.
•I am a huge supporter of feeling into your intuition and what you sense and feel in your body. It will get you to where you are meant to go next in your journey.
•Trust. Yes, allowing yourself to trust yourself enough to not think about outcomes and simply experience the present moment. Sensation happens before thought!
•Connecting into your body and allowing me to share your journey with you . I spent years exploring places in the world on my own. This journeying helps me journey through your body and feel into what your body is holding and wants to let go.
•And so much more that I'm still working on connecting all the dots!

Apparently I'm on this run of getting out my comfort zone in ways I've avoided. Or shall I say, ways I simply and quite easily have not even given a thought to.

In pretty much all of the myofascial release seminars I have attended I have heard the saying "you can only take your clients as far as you've been willing to take yourself."

So here I am showing up and stretching my boundaries. Here I am nudging and pushing myself to go further!

Secret hidden places! How fun are they to stumble upon?!

There are tons of hidden places in the world and I always feel excited when I find one.

I also get excited when exploring with a client and they tell me what they are connecting into in their body and it's a sensation or emotion they haven't noticed before.

To me this uncovering in the internal world of the body is like finding a super cool hidden place in our physical world.

It's taken time. It's taken years. Some of this proudness has taken decades.

I am a work in progress and will always be on this journey! Yes, sometimes I take breaks. Yes, when I start again I'm in full force and it's almost like I never stopped.

After I injured my back, in 2012, I wasn't able to lay flat nor lay on hard surfaces or on my stomach for many years.

When I learned to lean into the discomfort, the letting go and feeling what came up everything began to slowly change. This also wraps into my vocal expression and activation! Let it out!

Daily I gravitate to many moments of just being a human. Just being me. This is my ongoing nervous system reset. My me time!
Maybe that's walks with my dog,
or listening to how my body wants to express itself,
or creating art with nature,
or drumming,
or laying on the ground and resting,
or being in water.

If you're looking to go on your own journey and explore openness in your body I can help you. Myofascial release was and still is the "top dog" in allowing me to be able to lay flat and on hard surfaces.

As I let myself feel more physically and emotionally, as my fascial system opened up, my life shifted into more ease all the time. If you're looking for more ease in your body and life all the time don't hesitate to DM me or book a session.

Comfort zones!

Growth happens when you are willing to push yourself outside of what you normally do.

Maybe it's just slightly uncomfortable. Not too much of a big deal.

Maybe it's pushing the uncomfortable zone. You can tell your testing your limits and you also know you got this!

Maybe it's pretty damn uncomfortable. And really it's not something you want to consider.

Talking a short walk on my break was slightly uncomfortable because I'm breaking the norm of what I usually do which is stay inside.

Walking on the over pass wasn't pushing the uncomfortable zone but I know for some this definitely is. Part of this questioning I'm putting out there is understanding what makes you uncomfortable! For real!

Pretty damn uncomfortable...so the last part of my video clip I did next to someone's home and a couple people had just walked inside. I wouldn't say this was damn uncomfortable but there was a slight discomfort!

You don't grow in your comfort zones. In order to learn more about who you are and how you got to where you are; you have to take steps into the discomfort to discover what you might be missing out on!
