Stomach Sculpting Clients 💛

As we head into summer and the vibes get real🍹I just want to drop a quick reminder so you can still enjoy yourself and get the best results from your sessions

For your safety and optimal results, please avoid alcohol 24 hours before AND 24 hours after your appointment 🚫🍸

Here’s why:
Alcohol dehydrates your body and slows down your lymphatic system, which plays a major role in flushing out the broken-down fat cells after your treatment. When that process is slowed, your results can be less effective and we’re not about to play with your results !

So yes, enjoy your drinks, enjoy your summer… just be mindful not to schedule them too close to your sculpting session 🤍

Quick policy reminder:
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Anything less will result in a 50% cancellation fee of your service, which must be paid before rebooking.

I’m gonna be a little real for a second 🤍

I get it… especially for my ladies. Not everyone feels comfortable saying “hey, I get sculpting done.” And that’s okay… but at the same time, it honestly makes me a little sad.

Because I never want any of you to feel like this is something you have to hide. There is NOTHING to be ashamed of when it comes to taking care of yourself, investing in your body, and doing what makes you feel confident ✨

My business literally thrives off referrals and reviews. Word of mouth is everything for me.

And here’s the part I want you to really think about… There is another woman out there right now wishing she had your confidence, your results, your glow. She’s looking, wondering, trying to figure out what works…

So why not just say: “Hey, I’ve been going to Self Care Sculpting.” 💁🏽‍♀️

I hear it all the time: “Oh I’ve just been in the gym” “I’ve just been putting in work” with no hint of sculpting…
