They say you dress for the job you want. I had so much fun at Superman day at M&A. My kiddos explored a lot of themes in their play today.

Abandonment from a parent or caregiver.

Feeling safe being cared for by a surrogate or foster parent.

The desire to be able to fly away from danger anytime you wanted.

To be so strong no one can hurt you.

What is their “kryptonite” or hurts/ trauma triggers.

What is their yellow sun or source of strength they go back to when they have been around to much kryptonite that day.

Superman got his powers because he was from Krypton. Superman became a hero because he was from Kansas.

We offer several very competitive contracting options. Therapists can choose a flat rate or competitive percentage option. An ale carte option is also available. Other benefits include paid post graduate supervision, front desk/ reception services, credentialling services, marketing, billing dept. All therapists have access to all M&A’s facilities including confrence area, classroom, lobby, and break room.

Our clinic is centrally located in the heart of downtown Wichita in an historic office building. Clinician’s offices can be built to suit and the space provides wrap around views of downtown Wichita.

The clinic is modeled so that as the clinic grows every clinician shares in that success and their income increases. Our model was developed to give the clinicians the most flexibility and control to maximize their income and professional growth, while providing excellent client care. We look forward to working along side you as we do this important work. “Private” practice doesn’t mean alone.

Wichita is blessed to have brave men and women who risk their lives everyday to safe us in our darkest moments. Wichita lost one of its bravest today. We want to thank our firefighters and all first responders for their incredible and selfless work. We mourn with you. M&A will be open this weekend for anyone in emergency services or their families.
