McKenzie & Associates LLC is a group of mental health professionals dedicated to the highest standards of excellence and client care. We strive to meet each client where they are on their path and give them the tools to reach their goals through clinical interventions. Abandonment from a parent or caregiver.

Feeling safe being cared for by a surrogate or foster parent.

The desire to be able to fly away from danger anytime you wanted.

To be so strong no one can hurt you.

What is their “kryptonite” or hurts/ trauma triggers.

What is their yellow sun or source of strength they go back to when they have been around to much kryptonite that day.

Superman got his powers because he was from Krypton. Superman became a hero because he was from Kansas.

Our Story

McKenzie & Associates LLC opened on a sunny day in February. Micheal “Mac” McKenzie was the lone therapist at M&A in a three room suite in downtown Wichita. He had a goal and an even bigger dream. Help people become the best person they can be. Walk with them on their path and guide them through the hardships and struggles that can be called life. His dream, and the practice, grew with time. Today, M&A has nine clinicians, three support staff and room to grow. We help people every day, it’s what we do. How can we help you?
