Our work has always been about real connection—steady, grounded, in-person presence that can’t be captured in a scrolling feed. To stay aligned with that, we’re stepping away from social media.
Instead of tending to platforms that reward constant output, we’re choosing to put our attention where it matters: with you. In the sessions, conversations, and slow moments where real change happens.
One of the ways we are replacing the digital noise is by creating shift reminders—small, tangible pieces of art designed to inspire a pause, a breath, or a subtle shift in your day. You might find them around town, in the community, or at the TankHouse. You can pick one up, place it somewhere to share it with others, or simply use it as a little reminder to reconnect with yourself. It’s our playful, creative way of reaching out, and it’s one of the ways we’re choosing to show up for connection this year.
How to stay connected
We’re not disappearing—we’re simply shifting how we share and how we show up.

Our email list (link in bio)
We’ll share occasional notes from the team—thoughtful reflections and gentle reminders, sent with intention rather than frequency. As new events and gatherings take shape, we’ll share those by email as well.
Thank you for being part of this community. We’re excited to explore new ways of connecting—ones that feel nourishing, grounded, and aligned with what we’re here to offer.
