So what is The House Within Model?
The House Within Model builds upon EMDR’s AIP model and integrates attachment theory, somatic awareness, polyvagal principles, and neuroception.

In short — it’s a way to see your client’s internal world like a home: a structure with a foundation, walls, wiring, and rooms that tell a story.
