Four times this season, the Wichita Wind Surge will transform into the Wichita Honkers - and Faeryn happens to LOVE geese (she calls them "bonkers"), so our Gateway team helped get the official shirts and get her ready for the first Honkers game! ๐Ÿชฟ

From the Wind Surge site: "The Wichita Honkers are a tribute to our cityโ€™s unofficial traffic controllers: Canada geese. From slow-rolling across the asphalt to winning every shouting match they start, these geese are the real kings of the road in Wichita." ๐Ÿ˜†

Spring is finally here, and that means Tulipfest at Botanica! ๐ŸŒท We really enjoyed our stroll through the gardens.

We found an old box of photos in one of our group homes, and would love to return them to the family. We do not recognize anyone in these photos. Putting this out there in hopes that one of the faces will be familiar ... if you recognize someone, please send us a message through Facebook or send an email to jreed@starkey.org. Thank you!

Our Leisure League Program checked out the coffee, boutique and kitties at Snick's Cat Cafe! ๐Ÿฑ Even though Deb wore her dog shirt, she loved the cats. ๐Ÿ˜† (There are plenty of adoptable cats featured at the cafe as well, in partnership with the Wichita Animal Action League.)
