Congratulations to our Director of Human Resources, Caryn Clothier, who received the Human Relations Award this week at the Dale Carnegie - Kansas Heartland leadership course!

This award demonstrates, by preparation, content and delivery, the effective application of Dale Carnegieโ€™s human relations principles. It is especially significant because it is presented by a vote of fellow class members.

Congratulations! โœจ

In between the exciting concerts, museum trips and sporting events are a million ordinary moments at Starkey. Individuals cook, do dishes, throw in loads of laundry, rake leaves, vacuum the van and go for walks.

For some, these activities are anything but ordinary. They are the outcome of setting a goal, then trying something new or building a consistent habit. When they meet a goal, we celebrate with them! ๐ŸŒŸ

Life is easier when we do it together. Here's to everyday successes!

They also have provided lunch-and-learn presentations for our employees, teaching about budgeting, saving money and planning for the future. We appreciate them so much!
