This training offers an empowering, science-informed exploration of the menstrual cycle, helping participants understand how hormonal fluctuations across the four phases—menstrual, follicular, ovulatory, and luteal—shape physical, emotional, and cognitive functioning. Participants will learn how the female hormonal cycle differs from the male cycle and how these differences influence exercise, nutrition, rest, productivity, and mental health. By integrating cycle tracking and biohacking practices, the course equips clinicians and practitioners with tools to promote body literacy, deepen self-insight, and support improved well-being, resilience, and clinical outcomes for menstruators.
