Many of us are living in a constant state of stress, rushing, and survival mode. When your nervous system is stuck in “fight or flight,” it becomes harder for your body to rest, digest, heal, lose weight, sleep well, or even feel motivated.
That’s where Health & Wellness Coaching comes in.
As a Health & Wellness Coach at Z4, I help patients:
• Understand how stress and overwhelm impact the body
• Support the nervous system so the body can regulate and heal
• Build realistic habits that feel supportive — not overwhelming
• Create balance between physical health, emotional well-being, and daily life
Coaching isn’t about pushing harder.
It’s about learning how to slow down, listen to your body, and work with it instead of against it.
