We are a locally owned, short-term rehabilitation center focused on recovery and wellness! Our Mission: Quality healthcare, right here at home.

We provide skilled nursing and rehabilitation care to adults in need of various levels of skilled health care. The campus is positioned on a beautiful piece of property in Wiggins, Mississippi. It is easily accessible to Highway 49, making the drive from anywhere on the coast quick and easy. We provide a holistic approach to wellness centered on optimal patient care, providing short term care for patients 50 years & up with the goal of returning them back to their homes. Our Vision: Neighbors serving neighbors through family-focused compassion, excellence and integrity.

How often is a doctor on site? What happens if an elderly resident has an emergency?
Doctors and nurse practitioners are on site throughout the week. The facility is staffed with licensed LPNs and RNs with a nurse practitioner and physician on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
