2️⃣ You overreact to small things — everything feels overwhelming or like “too much.”

Big news + a little reintroduction ✨ I’m Michelle Camano, Nurse Practitioner, yoga teacher, and women’s health coach and I’m so grateful for this community we’ve built at Graceful Power Yoga & Wellness.

As my work has grown, so has my vision… and I’m excited to share that I’m expanding into Gracefully Empowered Women’s Wellness Collective, a more supportive space for women navigating chronic illness, stress, hormones, and burnout. Not “just push through” energy. Real, whole-person care. 🧠🤍

This work is deeply personal to me (hello, endometriosis) and rooted in 17 years in healthcare + my current journey to become a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.

What’s staying the same: my mission to help women feel grounded, supported, and empowered.

What’s expanding: deeper support, more community, and more structure for sustainable routines.

And I’m SO excited to share… 🎉

I’ll be opening a small Founder Coaching Pilot soon for women who want support with energy, stress, symptoms, and building routines that actually stick.
