We spent time connecting with lavender; a gentle herb for nervous system relaxation. 🧘🏼‍♀️

As spring begins to churn up a lot, and many walking around carrying so much heaviness, overwhelm, and stress, lavender is a beautiful ally. 💜

I get wrapped up in the moments, and this was the only photo I took… of our sage and lavender bundles. Combining lavender with sage brings harmony and balance into the home. 💫

Life has been so heavy for so many, and our life’s work is moving much quicker than it ever has. No longer do we have long lulls to ride the waves of life….

They’re coming fast and they’re coming hard.
