A casual yet sacred evening of connection, nourishment, and shared wisdom.

We’ll enjoy a plant-based potluck together, drop in with simple check-ins, and allow conversation and community to unfold naturally.

This gathering is evolving into a co-created space — where each woman is welcomed not only to attend, but to share, offer, or lead when she feels called. Art, breathwork, sound, storytelling, creativity, laughter, or simply presence… all of you is welcome.

For TWO YEARS I’ve been dreaming up a way to blend sound, surrender, and weightlessness — and it’s finally ready to be born. 🙌🏼

🌙 Aerial Sound Baths

A cocooned, suspended, deeply immersive nervous-system reset…

unlike anything our area has ever experienced.

This new private studio space will also hold Aerial Yoga classes taught by a certified instructor — another beautiful way to experience movement and release through the support of the aerial hammocks. 🧘🏼‍♀️

I’ve shared this vision with a couple of local healing spaces, and the excitement has been so beautiful. So in addition to offering this in my private studio, you may also see aerial sound and yoga expanding into select community locations as things unfold. ✨
