March is a threshold month — the quiet transition from winter into movement and renewal.

In this herbal circle, we’ll work with Dandelion, a resilient and grounding plant ally that supports gentle release, digestion, and clearing stagnation. Often overlooked as a “weed,” dandelion teaches us about perseverance, adaptability, and making space for new growth.

Together, we’ll explore dandelion’s medicinal and symbolic qualities, sip herbal tea, reflect on what’s ready to move or soften within us, and close with a grounding integration practice — all within the calming environment of the salt cave.

Participants will receive a keepsake recipe card to continue working with dandelion throughout the season.

Hi, I’m Alicia Love — the heart behind Holistically Centered. 🩵

I’m a single mama of two incredible girls, a lifelong student of healing, and a woman devoted to living with honesty, integrity, and laughter.

I’m also a trauma-informed practitioner, herbalist, shamanic and intuitive guide, and facilitator of spaces where healing feels safe, embodied, and real.

I believe healing isn’t about fixing yourself — it’s about remembering who you were before survival took over and gently reconnecting with the parts of you that still long to feel safe, playful, and seen.

Through sound, herbal medicine and plant wisdom, ritual and circle spaces, intuitive energy work, and nervous system support, I hold space for women and teens to reconnect with their bodies, their inner child, their truth, and their innate wisdom.

And outside of all the roles…
I’m a dog rescue mama, world traveler, beach lover, free spirit, who deeply values authenticity, honesty, and laughter.
