Lots of smiles and serious focus this week in our New StARTS collaborative oil painting class. Equal parts creativity and concentration, which is exactly where the magic happens. The progress so far is impressive, and yes, the finished piece will be worth the wait. Stay tuned. This one is shaping up beautifully.

What a week full of fun! 🎉 We loved celebrating our January birthdays and treating our residents to delicious waffles topped with homemade apple cinnamon sauce, crunchy nuts, and whipped cream during our Taste Test with Chef Marisol. So yummy! 🧇✨

Huge shoutout to Marisol, our Culinary Services Director, and her team, who brings creativity, consistency, and genuine care to every meal served at Wildomar Senior Assisted Living. From resident favorites to thoughtful accommodations, Marisol makes sure dining here is something residents actually look forward to.

Great food fuels connection, comfort, and joy and Marisol delivers all three, every single day. We are incredibly lucky to have her leading our kitchen and raising the bar for senior living dining.

What a great way to start the year! Our Wildomar New Year, New Us Health Fair brought residents together for wellness fun, including blood pressure checks, strength assessments, healthy snacks, live music, vision boards, and giveaways to inspire healthy habits in 2026. 🎶🧠💚

Residents were treated to a very special and traditional meal featuring enfrijoladas, prepared with soft corn tortillas filled and topped with a rich, house-made bean sauce. The meal was complemented by sautéed zucchini, lightly seasoned to enhance its natural flavor and provide a balanced vegetable side.

For dessert, residents enjoyed carrot cake for dessert, offering a sweet and comforting finish to the meal.

What a fantastic night we had at the Annual Oxford Healthgroup Holiday Party! Our Maintenance Director, Amilcar, was chosen as the Maintenance Director of the Year! On top of that, Marisol, our Culinary Director, was chosen as Culinary Director of the Year! What an amazing Team we have here at Wildomar Senior Assisted Living.
