Movement as Medicine • February 1, 2026 • 6pm
This workshop is an invitation to reconnect with your body through simple, intentional movement designed to support how you move in everyday life. We’ll explore accessible mobility practices that help maintain joint health, build resilience, and create more ease in the body, whether you’re getting up from the floor, reaching overhead, or simply moving through your day.

Rooted in yoga, functional movement, and mindful strength, this class focuses on movements you can return to again and again, at any age and any stage. Expect gentle flows, joint-friendly exercises, and practical tools you can use at home to support longevity, confidence, and freedom of movement.

This workshop is perfect for anyone who wants to move better, not harder. No prior experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to listen to your body.

**BRING: A yoga mat, if you have one. We will provide the rest.

Magdalene Codes: Imbolc Gateway • February 1, 2026 • 1pm
A Workshop for the Rising Cosmic Priestess

Magdalene Codes is a sacred healing modality rooted in the feminine principle of Christed energy and consciousness. Through devotion, embodiment, and direct connection to Source, the priestess attunes herself to this frequency—opening her channel to the lineage of Light carried by the Magdalene.

This attunement unfolds over a one-year spiral, a cyclical journey that aligns the initiate’s personal energies with the highest Source. Each spiral contains eight energetic gateways, each one offering a profound activation that deepens awareness, initiates healing, and strengthens the priestess path.

The Imbolc Gateway: A Journey of Purification & Renewal

Imbolc marks a sacred gateway of purification, renewal, and the first stirrings of spring. As the light slowly returns, this liminal time invites us to release what no longer serves and consciously plant seeds for what is ready to be born.

In this workshop, we will work with the sacral chakra, the energetic center of creativity, desire, and relational patterns. Through guided reflection and embodied practices, we will explore the shadow of codependency and its roots in separation, while opening to the light of non-duality—a remembering of wholeness, sovereignty, and inner union.

We will honor Inanna, the ancient goddess of descent, rebirth, and sacred power, whose myth mirrors the Imbolc journey from darkness into renewal. Through a guided inner journey, you will be invited to meet your spirit guides and allies, receiving insight, clarity, and support for the path ahead.
