Operation Holiday Cheer is in full swing, bringing smiles and festive cheer to hospitals in Riverside, San Bernardino, San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties.

Every year, a parade of police and sheriff cars drive across Southwest Riverside County as a way for law enforcement to show appreciation to hospital frontline workers.
