When every second counts, you deserve a team led by the best. 💖

That’s why we’re proud to celebrate Southwest Healthcare’s Stroke Program Manager, Sarah Taylor, for being named ✨ Nurse of the Year ✨ by the Rotary Club of Murrieta.

At the awards luncheon, our Chief Nursing Officer, Karen Mayo, highlighted not only Sarah’s achievements, but the qualities that directly impact your care experience.

Because of Sarah’s leadership, you benefit from a stroke program built on collaboration, communication, and rapid response. She’s created an environment where every team member feels confident speaking up, asking questions, and working together so you receive seamless, coordinated care when it matters most.

Sarah also guided our multidisciplinary team, including physicians and surgeons, through the rigorous process of earning Advanced Primary Stroke Accreditation.

For you, that means access to a program that meets the highest national standards for stroke treatment and outcomes.

Above all, Sarah is committed to continuous improvement, always looking for ways to elevate the care you receive and the support your family can count on.

Thank you, Sarah, for the extraordinary dedication you bring to our patients, our team, and our community every day.

Join us in congratulating Sarah on this well‑deserved recognition. Let's celebrate her in the comments below 🎉👏💖

Strength looks different on every woman and we’re still feeling inspired by it. 💪

In honor of , women from across the community came together at A Day In Her Shoes to celebrate empowerment, resilience, and the incredible impact women make every day. 👠👟👢

Inland Valley & Rancho Springs Hospitals were proud to be sponsors, supporting women like you and the contributions you make in our community and beyond.

At our booth, guests stepped beneath our “Showered with Strength” experience — a floral umbrella installation celebrating the courage, resilience, and power women carry every day. 🌸☔

Attendees shared what strength means to them, adding their words to a growing canopy of inspiration that was as powerful as the women who created it.

From kindness to abundance your words inspired us.

So we’ll ask you, too . . . what does strength mean to you? 💪✨

Compassion when it’s needed most. 💖

Nurses go beyond clinical care every day, bringing comfort, healing, and support to patients and families.

This month, we are proud to recognize Breanne Lange, RN as our latest DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nurses honoree. 🌼

A patient who nominated Breanne shared:

"I came in to deliver my twins who were born sleeping. Breanne was our labor nurse from induction through delivery. She was exceptionally kind, patient, and gentle during this heartbreaking time for my family.

When my babies were born, she made bracelets with their names on them. Although the situation was devastating, Breanne made our experience unforgettable. She was made for this profession, and I’m so thankful she was our nurse that night."

Breanne, thank you for the compassion and care you bring to every patient.

Help us celebrate Breanne by sharing a message of appreciation below. 💙
