Op-Fit Program

Launch Date: October 15

Overview
Op-Fit is a six week wellness initiative designed to support first responders in Marion County by helping them build healthier habits, strengthen their mindset, and improve their overall well being physically, mentally, and emotionally.

The program will select one law enforcement officer and one fire rescue professional to participate in a guided transformation journey.

Program Details
• Personal Training: Participants will receive structured, in person coaching through Iron Legion Strength + Combat in downtown Ocala. Training will be personalized to meet their individual needs and fitness levels designed by Sean Riley
• Nutrition and Health Screening: Each participant will undergo comprehensive blood work and a full nutrition evaluation through Reboot U and Face-Time Wellness This ensures their plan is tailored to their unique health profile.
• Holistic Approach: Beyond physical training, the program emphasizes building sustainable habits, cultivating resilience, and fostering a positive mindset that enhances both personal and professional life.

Goal
The mission of Op-Fit is to empower first responders with the tools and support they need to reclaim their health, boost performance, and improve quality of life. This program is not just about fitness. It is about building a stronger foundation for service, family, and community.
