To my Facebook families: I can no longer be selfish. I have a Masters degree in Psychology with Behavior Health. I have and continue to work with individuals, groups and communities to improve mental health.
I have and continue to help encourage clients to discuss emotions and experiences. I have helped and continue to examine issues including substance abuse, aging, bullying, anger management, careers, depression, relationships, LGBTQ issues, self-image, stress and su***de. I am a substance abuse counselor by heart with over 10 years of experience. I am a school teacher by heart. I spent two years as a teacher in a EBD classroom (6th, 7th, 8th grade).
