HAPPY JUNE EVERYONE...
I know summer months can be challenging so I ask all members to visit the center or call in as much as possible. It is easy to get off track with your program so the accountability offers an opportunity to get back on track and "regroup". I also had the bad habit of slipping off the program and avoiding coming into the center.
I want us to close our eyes and imagine feeling great, looking the way we want to look and having a spectacular summer 2025!!!
