It’s always wonderful to hear from kind, thoughtful people, like Joshua Coleman of Kings Raising Queens LLC, who donated a gift basket today. We appreciate this sweet, generous show of support for a young female client.

Things got a little HARE-Y in Tunkhannock today, where our Blended Case Management team hosted an Easter Egg Hunt for families. It was a great time to forage for eggs and treats, pose for pics with the Easter Bunny, and interacted with the ambulance service and all of its safety equipment. Special thanks to Tunkhannock Community Ambulance Association for allowing us to use their location and to Shamrock Online Auctions, LLC for sponsoring the Easter Bunny! Have a blessed holiday!

It’s not easy being green, but our Facilities Team did a good job of it while sporting their festive beards for St. Patrick’s Day! And then a little AI leprechaun had the nerve to suit them up for some Irish fun! 🍀💚🇮🇪

Volunteer Lisa and her beloved Dalmatian, Edison, recently visited our Liberty House program, to share this pup's gentle ways and have some fun showing off his skills as a certified therapy canine. Edison, who is deaf and responds dutifully to hand signals, is a joy to be around! Our members and staff really enjoyed learning about this breed and participating in Edison's demonstrations. From left are Dan, Mya, George, Rachel, Judy (and her pup), with Lisa and Edison.

Captain Robert Stehle from the Wilkes-Barre City Fire Department (second from right) recently visited with our Psychiatric Rehabilitation/Liberty House staff and members, providing an hour-long fire safety presentation with many valuable tips -- including how to use a fire extinguisher (without actually spraying!). He was greeted (from left) by Judy Endo, Jude Carter, and Jenna Maher. We are so proud of this team and our members who have endless curiosity and a commitment to lifelong learning.
