I've only ever had ONE issue with a client. ONE. Unfortunately, people don't leave stellar reviews, they only typically leave poor reviews. This person decided to leave a 1 star review after I bent over backwards for them. You can see everything that was done for them in my documentation, which I ALWAYS keep, just for these types of things. She thought I wouldn't remember her after 2 years of no contact, which is part of the RIDICULOUS and PETTY nature of this, not to mention why this shouldn't have happened. This woman tried to strong arm me into getting everything she wanted. As a business woman, I know sometimes you have to give in a little to have great customer service and an outstanding long term personal relationship with clients and I followed through with my promise. This woman decided to wait over 2 years to defame, slander, and commit libel against myself and my business. What others DON'T know is even though my businesses may not have many reviews on Google or FB, I have STELLAR reviews on others. Small business owners, remember that when it's said 3 years is the goal to succeed, it IS correct, but don't give up! I'm now rolling into year 8! And Laura, you didn't hurt me, but if you don't stop, I'll see you in civil court for defamation, slander and libel, sweets! 😉 Thank you to my clients, fans, followers, friends, family, and even my haters! Happy International Women's Day! Celebrating being a woman doesn't mean wearing pink, wearing dresses, or skirts. Instead, be independent, be a role model for young women, break barriers, do something someone said you couldn't, stand up for yourself and others, fight for your rights, be LOUD and ROAR like the lioness you are, don't let any man tell you what to do or allow them to have control of your body.
