My daughter sent this SHOCKING😳photo of me 3 years ago in 2022 as compared to now. I could not believe my eyes. To be fair, I'll confess that I do not believe iHeRQles is the only reason for the change. I have also been diligent with my commitment to living chemical free, eating very little processed foods, and letting God have HIS way in my life. He set me free from bondages of the soul that had me stuck. HOWEVER, iHeRQles was the catalyst that cleared the way. I didn't feel motivated or healthy before iHeRQles. I felt sluggish and tired without much urgency or energy to discover a way forward. And I was already trained as a health coach!...go figure!!! I knew what to do, but had zero impetus to do it. I shudder to think of how my life would be now without it. If you'd like to hear more of the story, I'm glad to share. Just reach out! I'll bet someone reading this will be able to identify.
