🍃🌞 How are you getting ready for spring?

Things are picking up on the farm, even if it’s mainly in the greenhouse! Later in the month, even though it’s still very much winter here in southern Oregon, we’ll start seeding and planting in our greenhouse. Soon, we’ll fill these trays with seeds (like Ashwagandha and Valerian) along with custom soil blends for each herb, and patiently wait for the arrival of warmer weather.

Ingredients:
Serves 1
¼ cup Pomegranate juice, unsweetened
1/2 cup Coconut water, unsweetened
0.7 ml Herb Pharm Male Vitality™ liquid herbal extract†
Ice
Optional Garnish: 1-2 fresh Ginger slices

Instructions:
In a small glass, add ice, Pomegranate juice, and Coconut Water.

Save this recipe for date night!

🌹 Rosey Cacao Libido Tonic* ❤️

Ingredients:
Serves 1
1 cup unsweetened milk of your choice
Pinch of Cardamom powder
1/8 tsp Vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
1 tbsp dried food-grade Rose petals (plus a little extra for garnish)
1 tbsp Cacao powder
1 tbsp Coconut cream
1 tsp Maple syrup
0.7 ml Herb Pharm Female Libido™ liquid herbal extract†

Instructions:
1. Pour the milk into a small saucepan and heat over low until liquid is hot (but not boiling).
2. Add Cardamom, Vanilla extract, and salt. Stir to combine.
3. Turn off heat, add Rose petals, then immediately cover with a lid. Allow the mixture to infuse for about 10 minutes.
4. Strain the mixture into a blender.
5. Add Cacao powder, Coconut cream, and Maple syrup to the blender then blend until frothy.
6. Pour mixture into a heat safe mug then stir in 1 serving of Female Libido liquid herbal extract.
7. Sprinkle extra dried Rose petals on top as a garnish.
8. Sip and enjoy!
