As of this evening all of Rickett’s Pharmacy prescription records have been securely relocated to Windham Drug North, conveniently situated directly across the street next to Williamsburg Family Medicine. Contact us at (606) 549-4646 with any questions you might have.


Prescription files will be converted to our current system and after 11am on Monday December 1st, prescriptions may be picked up at any of the 3 Windham Drug locations.

We look forward to providing dedicated care and service to all former Rickett’s Pharmacy customers at our Windham Drug locations.

We appreciate James & Amy Rickett for their service to the community and the opportunity to continue to serve their patients.

A few months ago we made the difficult decision to change pharmacy management systems. This was a massive change for us as we had used the same software since we opened. We chose a system that we had thought would last us for years to come. Unfortunately this was not the case. The system has potential, but we don't feel like we have the time to wait on. It's just not as complete as we had hoped it would be. Therefore we decided to just rip the bandaid off and get a new system. We will be transitioning to the new system at North and Jellico on April the 7th and at the main location on April 14th. To prepare for the switchover the new company has asked that we close on the Saturday prior to installation.
