Welcome to Walk with a Doc Williamsburg!
We are a chapter of the international non-profit 'Walk with a Doc', aimed at inspiring communities to better their health and wellbeing through movement and conversation.
On the 4th Saturday of each month from 9:30-10:30, Defiant DPC will be hosting a group walk through Colonial Williamsburg. We will meet at the Williamsburg Regional Library (by the fountains on the parking lot side) and continue down to Duke of Gloucester Street, making a loop and returning to the library. Each walk will begin with a brief presentation on a different health topic. Participants are encouraged to continue the discussion and ask questions along the way as we walk.
These walks are completely free and open to the public. We encourage you to grab a friend and join us!
