The Resident Care Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional, person-centered care. This position supports care staff, collaborates with families and healthcare partners, and helps maintain a warm, safe, and well-coordinated community.

✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ Passion for serving seniors
✔ Experience in assisted living or memory care preferred
✔ Ability to support, guide, and mentor care staff
