Each year, Light Up a Life brings families and friends together to honor loved ones, share memories, and find comfort in a caring community. Your presence makes this night truly special.

What a day we had on Sunday! A huge thank you to and everyone who joined us for the VBC & Friends Concert and The House Blend Release Party benefiting Hospice House of Williamsburg.

Your support, your energy, and your love for good music (and great beer!) made it an incredible celebration of community and compassion.

Cheers to VBC for brewing up a beer with heart and to all of you who help us continue our mission of providing comfort and care to those at the end of life and their loved ones.

We are so grateful for the generosity of the Lydia Dorcas Creative Sewing Ministry at New Zion Baptist Church! Last week, Gail Cash presented Executive Director Brandon Randall with beautiful handmade quilts to bring warmth and comfort to our guests and their families.

These heartfelt gifts are a reminder that love and care can be stitched into every detail. Thank you to Gail and the talented members of the Sewing Ministry for wrapping our community in compassion.

Big thanks to the Williamsburg Virginia Tech Alumni Chapter for inviting our Executive Director, Brandon Randall, to their football watch party at Revolution Golf on August 31! Their generosity in collecting donations that day helps us continue providing compassionate care and support for our guests and families.

Hospice House stands as a testament of what is possible when a community comes together. We are grateful for all the amazing people who continue to contribute to our work is a variety of impactful ways. For instance, the Ford's Colony Garden Club, a few of their members pictured below, regularly deliver beautiful bouquets for our guest rooms. It's these special touches that mean the world to the families we serve. Thank you!
