Whether you're figuring out who you are after becoming a parent, working through old emotional wounds, trying to feel more connected in your relationships, or just learning how to breathe through the chaos—I’m here to walk alongside you. My approach to therapy feels like a real conversation: full of honesty, empathy, a little humor, and zero judgment.

I’m especially passionate about working with perinatal clients, because I know firsthand how complex and tender this season can be.
