Come join Dr. SOS and Jason for a video workshop on Perimenopause and Menopause this Wednesday, March 18, at 3:00 PM! We’ll explore these topics from both a woman’s and a man’s point of view.

The workshop will run from 3:00 to 4:30 PM eastern time. Dr. SOS and Jason will share the facts about perimenopause and talk about their own experiences in noticing how it affects everyone in the family, along with some strategies to help everyone navigate this time successfully. It’s going to be a great opportunity to learn, understand, and have a good time!

Jason had a great time sharing this weekend as a speaker at the MANdatory Moment Men’s conference at The Mount at Chesapeake. He spoke to the men about how childhood trauma and the false narratives of manhood distort our relationship with women and children.

He is offering men a no-cost follow up virtual session on July 31.

Even after 34 years of doing life together, this guy can still make me laugh until I hurt 🤣 and fill my heart with so much joy 💕.

It’s been a heck-of-a journey and…well worth it. I’m glad Papa 🙏🏽never allowed both of us to want to throw in the towel at the same time 😳 because we are worth fighting for❣️ I enjoyed our working weekend get away even though the “get away” part was much shorter than the working part 😬😂. The .norfolk made for a fun and relaxing stay.
