Announcement for 2026!!!
Happy Thanksgiving to all my lovely clients, friends, family! This year has been so amazing and I am extremely grateful this Thanksgiving for all the love and support in 2025. God Bless you and yours this holiday season.

On a side note, I've had a few changes to my December schedule and can squeeze a few people in. I also have found the windows i still have open after getting all of my regulars booked for 2026. See below.

I am officially fully booked for 2025. Thanks to everyone who supported me this year, especially during my maternity leave. It has been such a blessing! As we approach 2026, I will be evaluating my schedule to see where I will have space to fit a couple more routine clients. I'm thankful for those who have been flexible and committed to a repeating appointment. You make my life so much easier!

More education! Always expanding my tool box. This weekend I took a two day course on Neural Reset Therapy. This will be a game changer for all of my clients but especially those with neck, shoulder, and upper back pain. Simple resistance techniques. A quick 30-45 minute session will change tons of tension and "knots" - excited to try it on everyone starting tomorrow! 😊 no need to "dig in deeper" with this work!! I have space this Friday (the 19th), the 24th and the 26th.
