:15-:30 sec Passive hang
10 Goblet squat (start light and build through last set)
5/side upside down KB press

Mobility
-1-2 mins Roll out feet (alpha ball, tennis ball, lax ball)
-4/side alternating world’s greatest
-6-10DB pullover (light with pause at top)
-Shinbox switch with thoracic rotation
-Scap pull up
-hip bridge with pause at top

Movement specific
-Double unders
Singles (emphasis roll wrist)
Tall Singles (emphasis jump high)
Jump rope complex (in &outs, high knees, doubles

-Gymnastics
2 Sets
6-8 Body row
6-8 Hollow body
3-5 Kipping pull up

-Thruster
2-3 SETS:
10-20 double unders
3-5 thruster building to second weight

Workout specific
