Providing necessary transportation needs for Northern Michigan communities Its as easy as calling our primary dispatch line to schedule a transport.

Our Mission is to strengthen our community by providing compassionate, reliable, and accessible medical transportation. We are dedicated to ensuring everyone has the necessary transport for their healthcare needs, fostering well-being and contributing to a healthier, more connected community. We provide Wheelchair van transportation to help patients get to and from medical appointments. We also have on-call staff available to assist with transportation outside of regular Wheelchair Van hours (6 am - 6 pm, Monday through Friday). We are currently a state certified Basic Life Support Ambulance service that focussing primarily on hospital to hospital transports but can also assist in the transportation to nursing homes, return home trips and interstate transports. Beginning July 1st, 2025 we will be a 24/7 Advance Life Support Ambulance service for the purpose of Inter-facility transports but will also still assist in the transportation to nursing homes, return home trips and interstate transports. We currently are partnered to assist in transportation needs with Meadowbrook Care Facility in Bellaire, Medilodge of Grand Traverse County, Medilodge of Traverse City, Medilodge of Leelanau and Kalkaska Memorial Health Center.
