I deeply respect people who step up to a challenge, roll the dice, put their best foot forward and make each other better at the end of the struggle. It’s what competition is all about. Testing if you really have put in the effort to become better than you were yesterday🏆

This Thursday and I get to show up and throw down for 22.1 .charlottesville There has been a lot of s**t talk since the announcement but it’s all out of good spirits. I beat him out in the Open last year but he bested me in Quarterfinals. Excited to leave it all on the floor with the homie come Thursday evening. You gotta want it!!☠️💪🏼👹

Very grateful to to be employed this year and privileged to be in a career field that is deemed essential. I can only image how hard so many other families are struggling because we struggled also. and I wanted to give back to some extent to help relieve stress and pressure from parents and still allow for a magical Christmas for our future generations🎄

We tried to pick gifts that inspired kids with health, creativity, or service jobs while thinking about what brought us the most joy when we were kids.

Football 🏈 , helicopters medic legos 🚁 , Farmer playset🚜 , Crayons 🖍 , Police station legos 🚓, Fire rescue lego 👩🏽‍🚒, and a huggable heated sloth 🦥 because that thing is going to make some kids smile ear to ear this year and want to restore our rainforest one day 🙌🏼

ITS OFFICIAL!!🙌🏼 I am back in practice baby!! ⚡️❤️🔥 I have accepted a new associate role at Community Chiropractic Center in Poway, CA. The timing and need of the practice coincided perfect with the call I was feeling to step back into practice again here in San Diego. I am grateful for the opportunity Dr. Mark Burdette and have offered me step into this team to serve the Poway community and surrounding areas. I hope to connect with many of the San Diego area chiropractors, alumni, and meet the needs of my new community. These hands are ready for service 🙌🏼❤️
