October was National Physical Therapy month and we would like to spotlight our fearless leader of the therapy department. Candice Tye, Rehab Director and Physical Therapy Assistant, has worked at our facility since 2016. She graduated from EKU in 2008 with a Bachelors in Public & Community Health and Somerset Community College with an Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant in 2015. Candice’s favorite past time is going on cruises with her family and in her spare time, you can find her watching her daughter, Kennedy, play ball or dance!

We want to say a special”thank you” to our activity director, Shelia Petrey, for making this evening happen!

Happy National Cat Day from our purr-fect feline friends Mandi and Luna! They bring comfort, joy, and a little bit of sass to everyone they meet. Not only do they enjoy their naps and treats, but also demanding attention from others! We’re so thankful for the cuddles, company, and happiness they bring each day! 🐾
