Hi friends, Kelly here. This is not a typical post and I assure you no ai was involved in the writing of this message. We've been getting a lot of questions about what PDO threads are used for and who is a good candidate. A few months ago, both Jess and Stasi did my threads. I'd like to share a bit about my own experience, I hope this helps!

I'm going to do my best to explain. First, a short list.

✔ Ages 38–58 is ideal.
✔ Cheeks and jowls are starting to sag.
✔ Excessive loose skin from weight loss is not what these are for.
✔ You prefer non-surgical treatments.
✔ Skin texture is no longer smooth and plump.

The dissolvable threads are placed strategically (no one person is going to have the same treatment). We use a variety of different threads to accomplish the best possible outcome for our clients. Proper training is imperative!

Most clients have minimal bruising afterward, though everyone has a bit of soreness that lasts a week or two. Personally, I didn't notice I was sore until I touched my face or rolled over wrong when sleeping. I had one small bruise on my left cheek.

Results are visible immediately, and peak at 3 months (we love collagen production!) Results last 9-12 months on average but varies from person to person. We really don't expect you back for more threads for at least a year. I was pretty happy right out of the gate, but my car mirror told me today that my jowls are still getting better.

Does it hurt? Jess and Stasi numb you up good, so surprisingly -no. Just do yourself a favor and don't watch videos of the treatment before you get it if you are squeamish. I had to be there for the training and let's just say I'm happy we have Jess and Stasi here to perform the treatments! I prefer to close my eyes and let them work.
