We are a group practice with a team of 15 LCSW-C's/LCPC's who have years of experience as mental health professionals. We offer diverse backgrounds and specialties serving children, adolescents, adults and seniors. We value the ability to hear your goals to connect you with a fitting provider and service. Interested in therapy outside of an office? Are you looking for a nature animal based approach to your care? If so, our EAGALA Certified Professionals partner with Equine Specialists to offer Equine Assisted Psychotherapy. We are based out of Washington County and provide telehealth or in person services.

As a certified CPT provider, since 2020, Tiffany has helped many clients free themselves from the barriers of living their best life because of past traumas. Without having to re-tell your story CPT allows you to process how you see yourself, others and the world based on your experiences and how we can support you to living a more balanced life.

Based in Cognitive Behavioral Modalities (CBT) this intervention helps you see how your experiences, thoughts and feelings impact how you live day in and day out.

Shire Counseling welcomes Sarah Schiffres-Grove LCSW-C to the clinical team!

Sarah holds a Master's degree from University of Maryland in Social Work and a Master's in Jewish Communal Service from Baltimore Hebrew University.

Sarah has 20 years of experience treating all ages from inpatient, outpatient school settings and general hospital settings, allowing her to bring both depth and breadth of real life experience to her clinical work.
