Elderberry chia pudding for breakfast for the win!
Elderberry syrup can help boost your immune system, may reduce the length of cold and flu symptoms, fights inflammation, and much more. Chia seeds are rich in many vitamins, minerals and antioxidants and are a good source of amino acids, omega fats and fiber. We used coconut milk and Huff’s honey for this recipe, but use what you like.
