I utilize my intuition, a variety of energy, sound and somatic techniques in my practice. I am a devoted lightworker, healer, ceremonialist, and sound alchemist with over two decades of immersion in the Healing Arts. I have honed my practice with the guidance of my higher self and training in Reiki, Theta Healing, and Spinal Energetics. Healing occurs on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. The biggest changes are observed when we are ably to release trapped trauma and/or emotions and shift our belief patterns from our conditioning to our truth.
