The Williamsport Campus chose to donate "Baby Go Bags" for this month's fundraising campaign. Baby items are donated through the Senior Networking Alliance to help the local veterans center in Lycoming county. The campus also participates in a local coat and blanket drive to support our veterans in the fall.

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus Available
Edenbrook South is seeking a dedicated and skilled RN to step into the role of Assistant Director of Nursing. This leadership opportunity is ideal for someone who values collaboration, strong clinical standards, and a positive team environment.
About the Position:
The ADON at Edenbrook South will help guide the nursing department, support clinical operations, and partner with the Director of Nursing to strengthen resident care. We are looking for a leader who is proactive, organized, and committed to both staff and resident success.
Role Highlights:
• Support daily clinical workflow and team coordination
• Provide coaching, training, and performance support for nursing staff
• Assist with quality assurance, regulatory preparedness, and follow‑through
• Promote consistent infection control and safety practices
• Contribute to a respectful, resident‑focused care environment
Qualifications:
• Current RN license
• Minimum of 3 years nursing experience
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Experience in staff development, wound care, or infection control is a plus
Incentives:
• $10,000 sign-on bonus for the selected candidate
• $750 referral bonus for current staff when a qualified candidate is hired
