Nature’s Amoxicillin
INGREDIENTS
• 2/3 cup apple cider vinegar
•1/2 cup fresh pineapple (including core)
• 5cm ginger, peeled
• 3 garlic cloves
• 1 small onion, chopped roughly
• 1/2 lemon, peel included
• 11/2 Tbsp raw honey (manuka preferable)
• 3cm chunk turmeric root, peeled (or ½ tsp powdered)
• ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
• ⅛ tsp black pepper
METHOD:
In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend on high for 1-2 mins. Strain if desired (use a cheese cloth or clean tea towel). This is optional as you lose the fiber BUT it makes it a lot easier to drink.
Store in a glass jar in the fridge.
DOSING: 1-2 Tbsp 3-4x/day until symptom free. Will keep in fridge for up to 10
