Hi, I’m Chelsea — the face behind Rohlax Wellness.

If you’re new here, you might be wondering… what exactly is Rohlax?

Rohlax is a space designed to help you move better, feel better, and reconnect with your body. Through assisted stretching and bodywork, we focus on improving mobility, reducing tension, and creating a moment for you to slow down in a world that rarely does.

A little about me — I’ve spent over a decade in healthcare, with years of hands-on bodywork experience. Rohlax was built from a passion for helping people feel more at home in their bodies… without the clinical, intimidating vibe that so often comes with it.

🌤️ Movement Tip of the Month: Spring Your Body Back to Life

Just like the weather, your body is ready to thaw out.
Before jumping into big workouts—or big spring cleaning—take a few minutes to reactivate what’s been snoozing all winter.

Why it matters:
• Cold, stiff muscles are more prone to strains, especially with bending, lifting, and reaching.
• A warm-up wakes up your core and stabilizers, giving you better balance and control.
• Gentle activation increases circulation, reducing tension and preventing those “why does my back hurt?” moments later in the day.

Try 1–2 minutes of mobility before tackling your to-do list: neck rolls, hip circles, glute bridges, or cat-cows.
A little warming up now means fewer aches later—and a smoother transition into spring movement. 🌱

We’re excited to kick off our new Provider Spotlight Series, where each month we highlight one of our trusted local partners—experts who share our mission of helping you move, feel, and live better.

This month, we’re shining a light on Revamp HQ.

Revamp HQ offers one-on-one personal training and Licensed Massage Therapy with a strong focus on mobility and injury prevention. While many gyms lean into large group workouts, they stay committed to individualized training—because no two bodies or goals are the same. Their approach is all about small, intentional improvements that build long-term strength and sustainability… not quick fixes.

From coaching to bodywork, they help you move well, feel strong, and build a body that supports your life—not limits it.

Meet the Owners:

🟢Alex:
With 10+ years in sports medicine, Alex has worked with everyone from first-time gym-goers to elite collegiate and NFL athletes. He’s known for blending advanced bodywork, functional rehab, and modern recovery tools to reduce pain, speed healing, and prevent future injuries.

When he’s not working, you’ll usually find him with his almost-two-year-old son—his favorite (and busiest!) hobby. He also loves golf, camping, and anything on the water.

🟢Anthony:
Anthony brings over a decade of personal training experience, specializing in pain management, weight loss, and functional strength. His philosophy: real change comes from consistent habits and steady, meaningful progress.

Outside the gym, he’s a proud girl-dad—chasing after his two-year-old daughter and getting ready to welcome baby girl #2. He’s happiest outdoors, especially in the mountains or by a campfire… maybe even barefoot.

Rohlax in the Wild 💚✨

Our next feature is Gail, who has been with us for just over 2 years. She continues to show up for herself and embodies what it means to be a committed Rohlax Wellness member.

When we asked her what her favorite part of her sessions is, she said:
“How great of a compliment they are to my Pilates practice. The stretches help to increase my mobility, while also helping my muscles recover.”

Gail, while we love helping your body move and feel better, our favorite part of having you as a client is the drive and determination you have to continue to better yourself every day, and the fact that you actually listen to us and take our advice! 😉 💚
