The 3 mistakes keeping you stuck (and tired) after 40

You're not alone in feeling like your body has betrayed you.

But here's where most women over 40 go wrong - and why they stay frustrated:

Mistake #1: Doing MORE of what used to work
More cardio, fewer calories, more restriction.
Your metabolism is already slowing down - this just makes it worse.

Mistake #2: Ignoring your hormones
We treat our bodies like they're still 25.
But cortisol, insulin, and declining estrogen are calling the shots now.

Mistake #3: All-or-nothing thinking
"I'll start Monday" turns into "I'll start next month."

“I used to think cardio was the best way to burn fat.

So I did more of it… longer workouts, more classes, more sweating—thinking that’s what it would take.

But here’s what I finally learned:

Cardio burns calories.

Strength training changes your metabolism.

And this reframe changed everything for me:

‘After 40, muscle is what keeps fat loss turned on.’
