The definition of Santosha is “Contentment of the Body, Mind & Spirit.” When we chose the name, we set an intention for our center. We want your experience at Santosha to leave you feeling peaceful, empowered, uplifted, and full of hope! Whether you receive a spiritual reading, an energy healing, seek counseling, or attend one of our many workshops or events, be assured that each has been thoughtfully created with the intention of your personal healing and growth. We strive to help you live your life under your own guidance, deeply connected to your higher self; because within you lie your true and pure answers.
