Tracy personally experienced the lack of knowledge of providers, unavailability of treatments, and lack of resources for women when it came to menopause treatment. Due to her own personal experiences, she decided to dedicate her career to providing the very best menopause and hormonal care for women as well as men. She understands the frustration of being dismissed, told “everything is normal”, being unheard & feeling defeated. Her patients have said that the hormone & holistic care Tracy has provided them has been "life changing", "a game changer", and "you literally saved our marriage". Tracy has quickly gained a reputation as WNY's hormone expert where other medical providers, including but not limited to primary care doctors, OB/GYNs and even Endocrinologists are now referring patients to Tracy for her unique, specialized & expert care not found anywhere else in WNY. People are traveling from not only all areas of WNY, but Pennsylvania, Ohio and even Canada just to see Tracy for her expert hormonal care & specialized treatments. Tracy is a Board-Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner and holds a Master Certification in Hormone Health & has nearly 30 years of experience in healthcare. Tracy’s medical background is in Internal Medicine, Emergency Care, Acute Care, Cardiac Care, Primary Care & Hormonal Health. Credentials and Education:

We are excited to share some big news! Chellino Health has officially purchased a new building and is expanding!

Our office will be growing from 1,300 square feet with 3 treatment rooms to 3,700 square feet featuring:
* 7 patient rooms
* A dedicated aesthetics room
* A comfortable IV lounge
* A significantly larger and more comfortable waiting room, giving patients more space and privacy while waiting.
* More appointment availability with shorter wait times

This expansion will also allow us to bring in additional services to better support our patients’ needs, without compromising the individualized care you expect.

We’ve also welcomed another full-time provider to our team (who you may have already seen around the office). She is master certified in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) and Hormone Health and will be mentoring under Tracy Chellino over the next couple of months.
In addition, we have hired a per-diem provider with several years of BHRT experience who will be assisting periodically.

Renovations at the new office are currently underway, and we are planning to move into the new space in March 2026.

Once a final move-in date is confirmed, email and text notifications will be sent to all patients with the date and address.

While we will be open tomorrow, Monday, January 26th, please don’t take unnecessary risks traveling if conditions are poor where you’re coming from.

Providers who have long relied on data-driven, evidence-based care have known this for years; hormone therapy, when prescribed appropriately, can be a safe and effective option for women.
