Founder of Elements of Life, Susan has been an accredited therapeutic massage professional since September 2006. Passionate about massage, Susan’s main goal is to refocus her customer’s mind, body, and soul using the gift of healing touch. Susan received her training from the New York Institute of Massage in Williamsville, New York. After training in a medical office as well as more relaxation-oriented spa setting, Susan quickly realized therapeutic massage and education were the best fit to meet the needs of her clients and to aid in helping them achieve their personal goals.

Join me for a restorative Sound Healing Experience

at 1325 Millersport Hwy, conveniently located across from the Marriott. The event will take place on

Tuesday, November 11, 2025, beginning at 6:00 PM and lasting approximately one hour.

What to Bring
· A small pillow and blanket for your comfort
· A thin yoga mat will be supplied, but if you prefer a thicker one, please feel free to bring your own

Experience Overview

Susan will be hosting a transformative sound healing journey designed to promote tranquility and healing at a cellular level. Throughout this immersive session, you'll embark on an inner journey toward a healthier and more centered self. The experience includes:

· A guided intuitive meditation to set intentions and connect with healing angels
· Receiving a healing card
· Sound healing facilitated by quartz crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, the theta ocean drum, frame drums, and more
