Meet Brian E. McGrath, MD, a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon at Northtowns Ambulatory Surgery Center (NASC), specializing in lower extremity joint replacement & reconstruction and hip arthroscopy & reconstruction.

A valued member of UBMD Physicians' Group and UBMD Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, Dr. McGrath is committed to helping patients recover from injuries and regain mobility, and he was one of the visionary leaders behind the development of NASC.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. McGrath serves as a Clinical Professor of Orthopaedics at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo, where he trains future surgeons and leads advancements in orthopaedic education.

His patient-centered approach focuses on minimally invasive techniques, personalized care and helping individuals return to the activities they love — safely and effectively.

Meet Jessica L. Martinolich, MD, a board-certified colorectal surgereon at Northtowns Ambulatory Surgery Center. A member of UBMD Physicians' Group and UBMD Surgery, Dr. Martinolich specializes in minimally invasive robotic and laparoscopic techniques, helping patients experience safer surgeries and faster recoveries. Dedicated to patient education and accessibility, she also performs colonoscopies for patients.

Dr. Martinolich is a member of the UBMD Center for Pelvic Health, a cohort of physicians and therapists focusing on diagnosing and treating pelvic floor disorders.
