I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who specializes in adults dealing with grief and loss, pet bereavement, adjustment to life changes, depression, anxiety, and burnout. I work from a holistic perspective that takes into account the connection of mind, body, and spirit as well as your world (ex. Together, we will collaborate on a plan that centers around your goals, to cope with your emotions and stressors, and work on breaking destructive thought patterns and behaviors. We will head toward improving your quality of life in hope of increasing your peace and to live life to the fullest! In addition, I offer pet bereavement services for those dealing with the loss of a beloved pet companion. I believe that there is not enough understanding or support in this area of heartbreak.
