LACKAWANNA - We run a multidisciplinary practice in Lackawanna and East Aurora. We currently employ a LMT on Wednesdays who sees 8 patients each shift. We currently have the demand for additional treatments in the Lackawanna office, but our current LMT was only open to working one day a week. Unfortunately, this LMT is now leaving the practice to care for her family and allow for the freedom to travel more. We are looking to fill her shoes, and hoping to expand from where she left off. We have the capacity to support massage therapy on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays in the Lackawanna office, and hope to start scheduling massage therapy in our East Aurora office on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting in the new year. We are flexible with our payment structure. Our current massage therapist is compensated on the same day of treatment on a per patient basis. However, we are open to a flat rental rate as well. We do not currently implement a no-compete policy. We believe if you recruit a patient to the practice, and your future takes you to a new location, that patient is yours to keep. Moreover, if you are delivering positive outcomes to our chiropractic patients and they wanted to follow you to wherever life leads you, we certainly do not want to impede their recovery. Peak Performance Chiropractic & Wellness is looking for a medically oriented massage therapist. Must be a team player! Our office has a dynamic customer service based massage team that creates an exceptional client experience. Our focus is on medical/therapeutic massage. All massages are customized according to patient needs. We currently have 9 massage therapists, and due increasing client demand are looking to hire a part-time therapist.

All scheduling, marketing, advertising, and promotional materials are provided for you!

*Following hours are available to choose from: Mon 7-12, Tues 8-1. Wed 3-8, Thurs anytime between 10-8, Fri anytime between 8-5, every other Sat 9-5.
*Every other Saturday is required. We close at 5pm on Saturdays.

Minimum educational requirements must include: Graduate from an approved School of Massage Therapy. Current NYS massage therapist license. Must have current massage malpractice policy $2,000,000 claim/ $6,000,000 aggregate.

Experience Requirements: Must have experience working with the public. Skilled in deep tissue and Swedish massage. Other modalities (cupping, reflexology, hot stone etc) would be beneficial, however not required.

Knowledge/Skills ability: This position requires an individual with prior customer service experience. Must be open to chiropractic care and other wellness services (since you will be working in a facility with 4 other chiropractors). Must have strong work ethic. Must be compassionate towards client needs. Strong communication skills necessary. Basic computer skills required since all our records are electronic. Must be able to fully prepare each and every treatment based on our protocol criteria. Must be able to educate client on the benefits of massage.

Working Conditions: Massage Therapist will work in a brand new renovated office that provides chiropractic services on the 1st floor and massage therapy on the 2nd floor. Employee must expect referrals from other medical professionals.
